Høiland Gard lies at the foot of Årdalsheiene with panoramic view of the rural settlements of Årdal and Årdal fjord. These culturally historic buildings are ideally positioned in rural surroundings and together with the characteristic farmyard tree they create a wonderful atmosphere. The Vadla family bought the farmstead in 1995 and have since done restoration work, renovated, moved in a whole building and built from scratch. Today they have 70 sleeping places in assorted categories of accommodations.

Høiland Gard liegt am Fuss von Årdalsheien mit Panoramaaussicht auf den Ort Årdal und den Årdalsfjord. Die kulturhistorischen Gebäude sind eingebettet in ländliche Natur und schaffen eine außergewöhnliche Atmosphäre. Die Familie Vadla kaufte 1995 den Hof und hat ihn seitdem restauriert und renoviert. Ein ganzes Haus wurde sogar auf den Hofplatz umgesiedelt und wieder neu aufgebaut. Heute hat Familie Vadla 70 Betten in unterschiedlichen Ferienhäusern und Hotelzimmern.
