The livingroom/kitchen is not used by me, i just use the little bed room, it is 2 single couch and 1 couch who can be turned to a dobbel bed. you can ask for lower price, its also room for 4 people if you also use the couchs, i dont care so much of making money, it is more that i want this place to be used and also i like to get to know new people, if you stay here you get the privacy you want :)
